Members who have existing electric heat that is uncontrolled on VEC's load management program are eligible for a 0% interest loan up to $3,000 for a maximum of five years to purchase and install ETS units.

Members purchasing and installing a heat pump, an electric thermal storage system, back up generator, energy efficient ventilation system for a barn or a natural-air grain dryer are eligible for a 8% loan up to $5,000 for a maximum of five years.
