Rebates are available from Vernon Electric Cooperative to members installing energy efficient air conditioners, air source heat pumps, and earth-coupled heat pumps. Air conditioners (except commercial applications) are subject to load control during peak hours (15-minute cycling). A VEC representative must install a load control on the air conditioner before the rebate is issued.

Applicants must fill out a rebate form (Acrobat Reader needed to download) and a copy of the invoice showing SEER/EER rating (except earth-coupled heat pumps) is required before a rebate is issued.
