Previous Balance: How much your bill was last month.
Payment on : How much you last paid during the last billing period.
Balance Forward: How much was left over after you paid.
Facility Charge: Your basic monthly charge for having electric service to your location. There is a separate Facility Charge and kwh breakout for each meter at this location.
–VEC has a step rate. The more electricity you use, the less expensive it gets per kwh.
Program Charge: State mandated charge used locally for low income customers and energy conservation measures.
Payment Drafted On: The date your bill is deducted from your checking or savings account.
